Terms and Condtions
Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is provided subject to the customers acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.  Please read the following agreement, the use of any Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.

Delivery Schedule:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s will pick-up the Customer’s laundry bag upon the Customer’s request Drop-off time for the clothing occurs at least 24 hours after the time of pickup. Pick-ups and drop-offs will occur Mondays thru Wednesdays. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service will not take place on selected holidays.  Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.

Pick Up and Delivery, Procedure and Terms:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service will provide Customer with laundry bags and identification cards. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right not to pick-up items that are not in these bags but may at its discretion choose to do so if it is otherwise asked to pick-up items not in the provided bags. Customer agrees not to include (i) non-washable items in the laundry bag, (ii) items that are labeled for dry-cleaning only (iii) any other items not meant for laundering or dry-cleaning in, or attached to any of the items to be cleaned or inside any of the bags. Customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in its clothing or in the bags that cause any damage to the clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else.

Missed/Unattended Delivery or Pick Up:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up or drop-off if left by Customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her clothing is in the possession of a Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s employee and initialing the pickup and delivery sheets.  If a pickup is missed the Customer will be charged $5, if a delivery is missed an additional $5 will be added to the particular order.

Payment:

Customers must pay the charges agreed upon prior to service. Paid for but unused services do not carry over from service term to service term. Customers are not refunded for any under-usage of services.  In the event that the Customer's Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s bag weighs more than the plan allows, a additional fee of $1.00-$1.15per pound (depending on the plan) will be incurred by the Customer . The Customer hereby grants Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service the right to withhold the customer's clothing until overweight payment is made.

Inventory Sheets:

Inventory sheets for each pick-up will be available either on www.pointlaundry.com or at the time of pickup. Customer hereby states that all information provided on the inventory sheets it accurate. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for any items not listed on the inventory sheets. Customer agrees to complete inventory sheets for all items inside the Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s bag. If any items are left without an inventory sheet, Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to complete one, based on the items inside the bag, without notice to the customer. If there is a discrepancy between what is listed on any inventory sheet and the actual items left in the bag, Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right change the inventory sheet and based on a careful examination, make the final determination about the actual contents of the bag without notice to Customer. Customer consents to such changes. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service does not consent to the accuracy of any inventory sheet filled in by Customer.

Garment Care and Missing or Damaged Goods:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service accepts no liability for "special care" items that require special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing that results from normal wash. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service does not guarantee removal of all stains. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service will have its cleaning service re-clean items that were not properly cleaned and not yet worn since they have been cleaned. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags. Although Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not liable for damage to or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers, if Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service at its sole discretion desires to, Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service may compensate Customer for lost or damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service. Customer must notify Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service within 48 hours of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

Service Providers/Disclaimer of Certain Liabilities:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service or its associates will deliver Customer's items to and from a laundering and dry-cleaning service of Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s choice. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider, for any service, at its sole discretion without notice to Customer. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service is not responsible and will not be held liable for any damage or loss due to the acts or omissions of its vendors, third party outsourcers, or service providers.

Disclaimer:

Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service knew or should have know of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement. All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable.

Entire Agreement/Choice of Law:

This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state in which it operates.
