Who is Point Laundry?
Point Laundry is the premiere laundromat in the East Lansing area. We have the most impressive self serve laundry facility you have ever seen. Overstuffed chairs, free WiFi, movies playing, study tables, friendly staff, spacious folding tables and most importantly - super clean .
Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery Service provides the you with professional wash, dry and fold, Pickup and Delivery laundry service the very next day. You can rest assured that our experienced staff will be extremely careful with your order and impress you with our attention to detail.
How do I get my laundry picked up?
Just call anytime to schedule a pickup, we can set a specific time weekly that works for you if you would like. At the time of pickup, we will set a delivery time for the next day.
Can I pay per wash?
Yes, the cost of this ($1.15/pound, with a 12 pound minimum) is a little more per pound than our plan.
Are my clothes mixed with other orders?
No, each customers clothing is done separately.
How do I sign up?

Do I need to separate my clothes before pickup?
No, our experienced professionals will take care of this for you. If you have any delicates or special needs, just place them in a small plastic bag with a note.
How much laundry can I have picked up each week?
There is no maximum. If the order is over 50 pounds it may take an extra day to get it done.
What happens when I use up my 125 lbs. on my Pre-Paid plan?
Once you exceed the 125 lbs. you are charged $1 per lb. from then on and pay for only what you use.
What if I skip a week?
Not a problem, just notify Point Laundry that you will not need a pickup that week.
What if I miss my pickup time?
You will forfeit the service for that week and be charged a $5.00 missed pickup fee will be charged to your account.
How do I get my Point Laundry bag?
Your first order will be delivered in your new bag, it is yours for keeps.
What if I have delicates or other special laundry needs?
Our laundry professionals will make sure your clothes receive the attention they need. Place special need items in a plastic (grocery) bag with a note, or indicate your request on the inventory sheet. If you would like to provide special soap for us to use we are happy to use it.
What happens if an item is missing?
Many times the item is in the closet or in the roommates laundry hamper, it is easy to lose track of things in the course of a busy week. Point Laundry Pickup & Delivery prides itself on handling your clothes carefully and have a great track record over the past 5 years. Every customer has the option of filling out an inventory sheet (available online or at the time of pickup), this can help avoid any confusion regarding missing items. When are the pickup and delivery times?
Pickup times are Mondays and Tuesdays 4:30pm-6:00pm
Delivery times are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4:30pm-6:00pm
